INSTRUCTION FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATION

Oral presentation
Basically, we have 15 minutes for presentation, and 5 minutes for discussions.
We prepare the projector only.
Please bring your own laptop computer for presentation.

Poster presentation
1. Poster session
We will have a poster session on Wednesday morning.
In this session, 5 minutes oral presentation is allowed to each presenter.
Please don’t forget to prepare your presentation and bring your own laptop computer.

2. Poster exhibition
All posters will be exhibited through the conference.
If you are assigned to the poster sessions, please exhibit your poster on Monday.
The exhibition place is 10th floor in the conference site.
Maximum poster size: 1600 [mm] (Maximum height) x 750 [mm] (Maximum width)
